1:1 Individual Fitness/Training Program Development

Every fitness journey begins with understanding of the individuals ‘why’. From there you can develop an engaging and attainable plan that fosters collaboration and results in consistent execution of said plan.

To emphasize this point we offer a 1:1 Individual Fitness/Training Program session bundle to allow sufficient focus on the individuals progression and goal attainment on a budget.

Group Training Programs

We offer 8-week group training programs to encourage social engagement and offer non-traditional exercises to broaden one’s view of exercise.

Group Training Programs are longer in duration resulting in the ability for them offer a variety of exercises as well as individual exercises, partner exercises and small team break-out for tasks.

Body Composition Assessment & Analysis

Understanding one’s starting point as it relates to where you want to be is important.

Enrollment in any Group Training Program or Individual Fitness/Training Program participant will receive complimentary body condition assessment and on-going tracking.

Nutritional Review & Guidance

This fitness journey will require sacrifice and individual concessions to make progress. As believers in making better choices, we avoid the ‘all or nothing’ mentality of other popular approaches.

With that, we look at current consumption and provide alternate options and strategies to achieve proper nutrient obtainment relative to obtaining fitness goals.
